We have complied a list of therapies that either we have used or people have told us about.
Here are a few:

FOCUS
Martial Arts (private or group lessons) for focus, coordination
Equestrian Therapy or Hippotherapy for core stability, focus and fine motor
Vision Therapy (for eye tracking problems)
ADD Medication for focus

FINE MOTOR
Art lessons (private usually works best)

GROSS MOTOR
Gymnastics (private or group lessons)
Dance classes for coodination

COORDINATION
Music classes
Drama Classes

SOCIAL
Boy/Girl Scouts - great for making new friends in an environment that embraces limitations.
Friendship groups (with mainstream children during recess or other off times)

SCHOLASTIC
One on one tutor
Music/Listening Therapy

OUT OF THE BOX
Cranialsacral Therapy
Chiropractic
Assistance or Service Dog
Perceptual Motor Therapy
Listening/Auditory Therapy

We know that everyone has different financial levels so these are just an idea to try. They also take alot of time and effort to do after school but they are worth it! Don't be afraid to immerse yourself into these classes with "mainstream" children. It can be scary and does not work for all children but you never know until you try!
